Board-Certified Health Coach for Caregivers of Aging Parents
I’m a board-certified health coach with a Master’s degree in Health Education, specializing in supporting individuals and families caring for aging parents. My work focuses on helping clients navigate the stress, uncertainty, and emotional complexity of care giving—particularly when dementia is involved.
My approach is holistic and client-centered, recognizing that care giving impacts every part of your life—emotional, physical, relational, and practical. I provide grounded support and actionable strategies to help you manage daily challenges, make informed decisions, and maintain your own well-being throughout the process.
In addition to my work with caregivers, I bring years of experience supporting parents of troubled teenagers, which gives me a deep understanding of family dynamics, communication challenges, and high-stress caregiving environments across different life stages.
I’m also a trained therapeutic chef, incorporating nutrition and food-based wellness into my coaching when helpful—supporting both caregivers and their loved ones with practical, nourishing approaches to health.
My goal is to help you feel more steady, supported, and capable as you care for your loved one—without losing yourself in the process.
